With over 10 years of experience in marketing, strategy, and innovation, I am passionate about creating and delivering customer-centric solutions that improve health outcomes and experiences. As the Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer at VieMed Healthcare, I lead the development and execution of the company's marketing and innovation strategy, overseeing the branding, digital marketing, product marketing, customer experience, and innovation initiatives. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to identify and pursue new opportunities, leverage data and insights, and optimize the performance and impact of our marketing and innovation efforts. Previously, I co-founded CIMAPS Healthcare Experience Group, a consulting firm that helped global healthcare organizations implement and improve their customer experience programs, and Kailo Energy, a renewable energy company that provided clean and affordable energy solutions. I have a MBA in Global Strategy from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University. I have also co-authored a guide on creating a successful customer experience program, and received a gold award for website design. I am fluent in Spanish and English, and have a keen interest in emerging technologies and trends in the healthcare industry.
