After a career in academic science, I have deliberately spent the last few years developing hands-on business experience in multiple industries, most recently earning certifications in HIPAA Compliance auditing. Over my career, I've led teams to provide critical training for chemists and chemical engineers preparing to enter the petroleum, chemical, medical and academic industries. I also have industrial research, corporate training, and international management experience. In two positions, my first responsibility was to bring order out of chaos in disheveled programs. My chief professional values are integrity, effectiveness, and developing leadership/ competency in my team--What is the mission? How do we accomplish it effectively, with excellence and integrity?
