Continued working on Pakistan's pesticide legislation with ADB until February 2024.• Lawyer (specialising in biosecurity, biosafety and SPS-related legislation) and regulatory scientist specialising in risk assessment methodology. Member of specialist pool of consultants for Rule of Law projects (Commonwealth Secretariat)• Extensive experience of legislation for harmonisation/transition/approximation and certification in Africa, Asia and Caribbean/Central America as well as Eastern Europe and Former Soviet Union • Unrivalled experience in agrochemicals law (primary law and regulations) in common law and civil law jurisdictions • In-depth experience of residue control legislation in Eastern Europe and Former Soviet Union (including Russian Federation, Georgia, FYR Macedonia)• Extensive experience of border controls for agricultural products in several jurisdictions• Worked in over 40 countries
