CurrentResponsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the technology infrastructure for the organization. Conduct market research to develop new initiatives based on the organizational needs and vision. Seek and develop technology solutions that enhance the lives of our residents. Participate in strategic discussions to define and create organizational goals. Establish strategic partnerships to develop new technologies and drive innovation within the company. Key Accomplishments: -Participate in a strategic management team brought together to re-evaluate the business processes and tools for the entire organization, determine best-practices and tools, and create an implementation strategy for the roll-out and standardization of all business processes-Successfully worked with multiple departments to scope, implement, and integrate new technologies into the organization. Departments include: Accounting, Facilities, Human Resources, Nursing/Community Health, and Operations-Negotiated multiple contracts to reduce organizational cost while increasing overall value. Examples include: An Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft to significantly increase our software benefits, while maintaining our current annual spend-Reduced the cost of phone and data services for all managed entities by assuming responsibility for phone services and renegotiating all services under one organizational umbrella-Established a relationship with a healthcare focused GPO, which resulted in a 28% reduction in cellular service costs over the existing business contract and a 4% (~$180k annually) reduction in food service costs-Developed a custom software application for incident tracking and reporting to support Nursing/Community Health, Operations, and Risk Management -Implemented an initiative to develop business intelligence solutions, scorecards, and KPI’s to enable better visibility and management within the organization
