Experience includes;-Blade, probe & instrumentation design for manufacture for the Rolls Royce Trent engines.-Development of injector & combustion systems for commercial & industrial power generation. -Design of build, strip & ground maintenance tooling for Rolls Royce engine development programmes.-Airbus wing & fuselage tooling projects.-Airbus test programmes including A330 Landing Gear ESG & A350 Wing Tip Test.-Bombardier C-Series development tooling projects.-Offshore resource management for Rolls Royce Fan Blades NPI.-Implementation of customer PLM BPs & OPs.-Industrialisation of new products, namely A320neo and A330neo Thrust Reversers Composites and Assembly Tooling.-Project planning and management of tooling suppliers.-Management of the NPI Manufacturing Engineer team for the industrialisation and entry into service of new product assembly.
