Lead the Asset Management team managing WDIP's 58 equity investments in 14K MF units and 4Msf of industrial space across 5 discretionary funds and 2 SMAs.

Formerly known as Realty Management Group (RMG), Alder manages a portfolio of diverse real estate investments on behalf of a family office and a financial institution. The portfolio consists of institutional quality Class A commercial office and retail, self-storage, multi-family, master-planned communities, land holdings and development sites, and strategic/opportunistic investments in distressed assets.To date, I have directly managed over 96 lease transactions totaling 328Ksf and $91M+ in consideration, and over 20 asset sales from a distressed OREO portfolio acquired following the Great Recession. Additionally, I have managed the lease-up and stabilization of a self-storage development, executing Ownership's business plan from project opening all the way through successful disposition to an institutional investor.

Responsible for total strategic, leasing, operational, and financial management of a 770Ksf portfolio of 11 medical office properties located in CA, WA, CO, & OH. Completed $26M of lease transactions, increasing occupancy by over 10% which led to the disposition of a 12-property portfolio at an operator IRR of 45% (capital partner IRR = 27%). Participated in $500M of acquisition and dispositions of building and portfolio joint-ventures with institutional partners. Led implementation of Argus Enterprise 10.6 across a 36-asset portfolio, and created custom budget and reporting tools for an institutional pension fund advisor/JV partner.

Manage purchase sale and lease transactions on behalf of multi-market corporate clients. Completed over 50 transactions encompassing over 2,000,000 square feet of office space and approx. $275M of total consideration.

Point-person for a firm-sponsored private equity fund targeting grocery-anchored retail and multi-family investments in the midwest. Also, materially participated in the refinancing, development and disposition of the firm's other legacy/non-fund assets.
