Having worked in administration for over five years, I have acquired and refined many attributes that would greatly benefit this position. Particularly during my last period of work (at 2 Sisters Food Group), I displayed an unrelenting eye for detail, which was highly important to ensure accuracy of the ordering process, a top priority within the organisation. Working cross-departmentally, I demonstrated that I was highly adept at working alongside and with a wide variety of personalities and working environments. I also have strong experience in dealing with clients, answering any queries that they might have and resolving issues in a mutually beneficial manner.I would rate time management as one of my greatest attributes, always hitting deadlines in my previous jobs when time was a primary factor. Whilst I am highly capable at meeting time-related targets, I pride myself on the fact that I do not substitute speed for accuracy – as mentioned above my previous placements heavily relied on precise ordering and manipulation of data. It also involved great discretion on my part, as I was often dealing with sensitive and/or private data. In regards to computer software, I am highly adept at using various packages, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) as well as Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat.In my spare time, I enjoy photography, especially the chance to work with different people from a variety of backgrounds.
