I am an adaptive and capable individual who thrives in a challenging environment. I entered into the Semiconductor industry with an education focused upon psychology and business—not the ideal candidate by Intel’s measure. However, the challenge to learn and excel within a technical industry was exciting. Despite the perceived divergence of my education and the industry’s demands, I rose quickly through positions of increased responsibility and was recognized as collaborative leader within Manufacturing Operations.I truly enjoy leading because it opens minds to possibility. My leadership manifests in actions ranging from driving operational excellence at a world-class level to guiding small groups of friends through the Grand Canyon. In either example, it is assisting people to achieve what they once believed they couldn't that is so rewarding. My experience has allowed me to explore many facets of business. Within all disciplines, my true specialty--the one thing that consistently provides joy--is my ability to effectively network. Bringing resources together to achieve success is my true talent.I have parlayed that experience and my talent into a successful financial practice (Breckenridge Financial, LLC) and now partnership within Iron River Capital. As President of Breckenridge, I built teams of financial, legal, and accounting professionals for my clients. The teams are custom built based upon the client's objectives and their personality (Psychology degree finally paid off!). In all cases, the professional team is client-centric and company agnostic within solutions. My clients are the best marketing team and have spread the word through referrals--supporting a reputation of exceptional service, extremely personal relationships and a commitment to a fiduciary standard. Simply growing the practice is great. But, growing life-long friendships who happen to be clients is the true reward.
