As a Sr. DevOps Engineer, responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Continuous Integration (CI) processes that defines a consistent set of pipeline stages, build types and levels, automation techniques, and software quality metric that will help ensure a repeatable build process and provide consistent reporting to stakeholders. As a member of the Agile Engineering and Test Automation Services (AETAS) Center of Excellence (COE), the DevOps Engineer will ensure that test and CI environments are set up accurately and are easily maintained.Co-authored Team Managed Deployment Policy, collaborated with QA in assessment and delivery team on-boarding of CI/CD/DevOps practices and habits. Work closely with Change Management, Release Management, IT&E and Agile coaches collaborating on effective tools, methods, education and culture in establishing DevOps approaches.Work with application teams to automate delivery pipeline from infrastructure to testing.

Managed a team responsible for Managed Services under the CTO of QSSI. Responsible for the entire life cycle management for the Managed Service Suite of Solutions including new service infrastructure design, service launch (customer pre-sales and engineering), maintenance of existing services, and phasing-out or re-packaging old services.
