In addition to his experience owning and operating commercial real estate since 1999 as a principal, Rob has also owned and operated residential rental properties and apartments as a principal since 1998. He has represented investors in both San Diego and Las Vegas communities in the purchase, rehab and management of both commercial and residential properties. Rob has owned and operated commercial shopping centers, office buildings, residential rentals, ocean front vacation rentals and has participated in multiple commercial real estate development ventures.Rob graduated from the prestigious Meadows School in Las Vegas and went on to study business at the University of Southern California. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. Mr. Brown is a licensed real estate broker in both California (#01796328) and Nevada (#1000818). Rob has served as President of the Mission Bay Real Estate Association, Secretary and board member of the Mission Beach Town Council, a board member, Vice Chair and the sitting Chair of the Mission Beach Precise Planning Board and an active Board Member of The Lincoln Club.
