Worked with AUPE to develop the negotiating strategy and lead negotiations for resolution of issues related to the 2013 illegal strike by AUPE. • Government wide endorsement of a transformed classification system. Worked with HR community across government to develop models for new classification.• Built relationships with external partners and vendors such as Blue Cross, Hay Group, and Mercer so business executives understood government business challenges and moved from a vendor to a partner relationship.
