Collaborated closely with our turf vendor, Mastec, to advance the Ericsson Modernization Project. My responsibilities included managing outage tickets, facilitating EPL ordering, and overseeing RFDS management. Additionally, I supported the NORAD OOM approval process. I possess a deep understanding of AT&T systems.

Within this role I was responsible for driving transport related projects tocompletion. The financials for these projects were worth millions of dollars.Projects included LIT, Dark Fiber and MTSO NNIs deliveries. I am familiar withVerizon systems which include SPM and CND. I facilitated vendor meetingsand attended project status meetings for Region Leadership to report onVendor Status. I also championed the microwave to fiber conversions for theSouthwest Region. These projects were pivotal for rolling 5G to the region.

I was assigned to the Nokia FSM4 BBU exchange project here in the SouthwestMarket, which upgraded the capacity of our LTE RRH numbers per BBUinstalled. I was the Project Liaison between Nokia and AT&T RAN Department.I tracked and ensured project goals were achieved. I am proficient in NokiaIntegration Procedures. I created NFDS tickets ahead of scheduled work. Ialso served as the Equipment Engineer for the Project.

I was formally the Colorado Market Lead working for General Dynamics on their RMR Turf Project that supported AT&T Mobility. My duties included working with their General Contractors, Vendors and Suppliers to meet all the technical specifications with respect to AT&T requirements. I also drove workmanship quality of the installations done by their vendors to ensure it is within the Contract, Client Standards and Customer expectations. As Change Manager I am responsible for delivering all aspects of the change management strategy ensuring that the the business stakeholders are prepared, motivated and able to implement the new Information Technology products. This will involve managing the transition, developing a communications strategy for stakeholders, developing an overall implementation strategy and managing key relationships across the IT network.
