• Recruited to carry out a change management process, to streamline the manufacturing processes in the factories.• Re-engineered the production process to increase performance optimization, reduce waste, and increase production yield, this included a revised measurement and reporting system.• Streamlined the quality control inspection and reporting system, and introduced a positive release system in the factories in Egypt. • Carried out new product development company on existing brands repositioning them in their markets, with the introduction of an export department opening new markets in the GCC region.• This resulted in an increase of sales from 65 million to 81 million a year, reducing cost from 26% to 12% and a move from a 2.5 million loss to a net profit of 9.5 million.

I was recruited as Managing Director to carry out business re-structuring as the company was experiencing problems with falling revenue and profitability.• Implemented changes to the structure of the company, streamlining its operation, reducing operating cost, moving the company into profitability. • The company grew from 8 restaurants, to the largest fast food company by sales revenue with 45 units. Built a new production factory with automated production lines, and developed a retail brand which over a period of four years became number one in the market in its sector.• Revised the operation of all areas of the business, introducing policies and procedures to all areas of the company. Achieved and a five-year growth in excess of 920% in annual revenue.
