• Re-engineered the production process to increase performance optimization, reduce waste, and increase production yield, this included a revised measurement and reporting system.
• Streamlined the quality control inspection and reporting system, and introduced a positive release system in the factories in Egypt.
• Carried out new product development company on existing brands repositioning them in their markets, with the introduction of an export department opening new markets in the GCC region.
