Significant Accomplishments at Beyond Vision:• Sourced, negotiated, and closed $2.6M call center contract with State of Wisconsin.• Developed key relationship in the Wisconsin State Senate that led to $5M grant from the State that contributed to funding our new facility, the Visibility Cetner. • Created and led 40-seat call program staffed by Beyond Vision and five other non-profit agencies. • Drove organizational Mission growth by 41% in Mission headcount and 40%+ growth in admin/tech positions filled by Mission employees. • Collaborated with legislators and staffers (state and federal) on issues relating to blindness and employment. Efforts have resulted in the drafting of 3 pieces of legislation that impact the employment of people who are blind or visually impaired. This includes 2023 Wisconsin Act 142: A Transportation Tax Credit for Workers Who Are Legally Blind.• Collaborated with CEO to develop and implement “Saw Sharpening” activities, Advanced Leadership curriculum, and other team development exercises for executive team. • Created 3 strategic plans along with our executive team. • Modernized and streamlined HR processes including going 99% paperless. • Leader in the design and construction of $19M facility that highlights universal design and inclusion. Project came in both on time and under budget. • Developed and launched Beyond Visions’ Servant Leadership Implementation Plan. • Leader in the integration of Beyond Vision and Associated Industries for the Blind (2013) creating a new $23 million social enterprise. • Initiated a Quality Work Environment initiative to enhance employee engagement.

Significant Accomplishments at Vision Forward Association: • Diversified and increased program revenue by developing and implementing a strategy to bill Medicare and other insurances for services. • Increased client base by 62% while reducing overhead by 25%. • Played a key leadership role in the 2010 merger that created Vision Forward Association. Led subgroup on integration of cultures. • Facilitated organization’s strategic planning process in 2005. • Led, coached, and mentored a diverse, multi-disciplinary professional staff of 10.

• Founded and developed a distributorship of low vision technology products. • Grew annual sales from $0 to $300k over 3 years.

Directed all administrative aspects of the human resources department including benefits, workers’ compensation, HRIS and new hire orientation.Developed creative approaches to recruitment. Recruited and hired over 60 employees. Positions included sales managers, technicians, telemarketers and other administrative positions.
