Over my career I have delivered in leadership & management roles within Local Government, Charity and and the Private Sector, giving me a well rounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities afforded in each of those sectors, as well as the need for quality people, a shared vision and the right culture to achieve collaborative goals.I feel my skills lie in project management, relationship management, conflict resolution and business start-ups, and the ambition that taking on a challenge allows you to become better - so you can't afford not to step out of your comfort zone.
