I have significant experience within the pharmaceutical industry in a number of diverse roles including: formulation design and development, scale-up and technical transfer, manufacturing technical trouble shooting and interface roles between supply and commercial functions. Latterly, I have transitioned into senior supply chain management roles; leading Pfizer's Consumer Healthcare Manufacturing organization and subsequently, the North American end to end supply chain organization for GSK Consumer Healthcare. Most recently I was the North American supply chain leader for Philips.I excels in leading teams to success: be it bringing NCEs to market (Viagra, Relpax and Enablex); during mergers, having been involved directly with three business integrations / acquisitions or leading large teams (2,500 + colleagues) in traditional line managed or matrix managed organizations. Additionally, I sits on a number of leadership teams that provide oversight for both manufacturing and commercial operations.I trained as a pharmacist and havs a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences.

Undertook preformulation and initial formulation development of solid formulations, including inhalation systems.
