We create and deliver customized corporate war games, exercises, and training programs that test, measure, and improve the enterprise's preparedness. We assess risk, develop plans, and provide consultancy for crisis and emergency management, security, and business continuity.I also co-founded The International Crisis Management Conference (ICMC), a platform that supports the demand for regionalized education and training for preparedness professionals. ICMC offers a range of professional speakers who deliver current and exciting topics that are often scenario-based at an annual conference in Boston. With over 900 online members and growing, ICMC welcomes you to join our family of preparedness professionals and attend one of our events. My specialties include scenario development, exercise design and delivery, criteria development and evaluation, large-scale exercise program design and management, risk assessments, and plan development. I have over 18 years of experience in crisis management, and I am a veteran and a recipient of The Queens Commendation For Bravery.
