I have played a leadership role in Doha Forum since 2018 as it has grown as a major hub for diplomacy and dialogue in the global affairs community. The work of the forum includes the flagship live conference of 2000+ high-level participants, program partnerships with top institutions in global affairs, hosting high-level roundtable discussions, and supporting the development of thought leadership across a variety of platforms. My responsibilities include:* Directing the development and execution of the strategic plan for the partnerships and programming at the core of what Doha Forum does* Developing and leading institutional partnerships and other collaborations with world-class think tanks, universities, NGOs, and other thought leadership institutions such as World Economic Forum, Chatham House, Gates Foundation, United Nations, and CNN* Designing the participation and engagement of head-of-state and ministerial-level government officials from (almost!) every continent* Managing the core team responsible for Doha Forum programs and partnerships* Leading goal-oriented collaboration across the full range of Doha Forum internal teams, including high-level diplomats, technical gurus, international consultants, and other stakeholders
