Primarily web based development. Most of our work is in HTML5/Javascript, but I've also done considerable development with Adobe Flex. Most of our server side development is done in C# and we have to occasionally write a few java classes. We also do most all of our database development in MS SQL, although my department is also responsible for maintaining an Oracle database used by a 3rd party application. A lot of our work revolves around aggregating data from many different systems into a single repository or application, so people from different parts of the organization can see them without having to swivel-chair back and forth between 2 different systems. Since systems integration is such a big part of what we do, I've gotten very familiar with designing the kind of middle-ware needed to keep all the data in sych.
