A native of New Orleans, I clerked for Justice Calogero of the Louisiana Supreme Court. I then started at Jones Walker, where my practice for the past 31 years has focused on Civil Litigation, including Professional Liability, Insurance Coverage Disputes ( particularly on behalf of insureds), Defense of Directors and Officers, Product Liability, Toxic Torts, ERISA, Life and Health Insurance, General Casualty, and Construction Litigation. I am a member of and past president of the New Orleans Association of Defense Counsel, a member of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel
