Responsible for synthesizing current business intelligence data to support recommendations for action. Responsible for assisting customers in the management and implementation of the Prophet 21 ERP software. Perform analysis of business, technology and operational processes/systems including the evaluation of current state, anticipated future state and gap analysis. As the primary contact for new customers, research and resolve all issues that arise during implementation. Act as the primary liaison between the customer, various departments within Epicor, and third-party vendors. Ensure the delivery of professional services purchased by the customer and coordinate all implementation related tasks. Duties include: ¥ Project manage approximately 15 implementations simultaneously ¥ Create and maintain project plans: the development of business, functional and reporting requirements, documenting current/future workflows and procedures ¥ Publish project communications, project schedules, action items logs, issues lists, communicating user expectations ¥ Collaborate with business users, technical experts, and end users to ensuring business/customer satisfaction with services and products ¥ Perform project risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans ¥ Responsible for maintaining billable utilization targets and high customer satisfaction ¥ Travel: 30-50%

Responsible for the administration of the Prophet 21 System, SQL Server, user maintenance, report writing and procedure development. Duties include: ¥ Creating and maintaining all user information, profiles, and permissions ¥ Performing daily and periodic preventive maintenance checks and services on the Prophet 21 system and SQL Server ¥ Writing reports using a variety of tools including SQL, MS Excel, and Business Objects Crystal Reports ¥ Assisting end users by developing processes to enhance the usability of the system and efficiency of the end user.

Responsible for hiring, training and managing 8 Implementation Project Managers with approximately 100 accounts actively implementing the Prophet 21 System simultaneously. Duties include: ¥ Reviewing resumes and conducting phone and in-person interviews ¥ Training new employees on our implementation processes and procedures ¥ Assisting employees with difficult implementation challenges ¥ Monitoring the status of every implementation on a weekly basis and offering feedback to employees ¥ Negotiating with customers when implementations stall, to help kick-start the process again ¥ Assisting sales with acquiring new business by presenting an overview of our professional services to prospective customers Performing periodic and annual reviews of employees

Responsible for managing all phases of the implementation of the Prophet 21 enterprise windows application for new and existing wholesale distribution customers. Perform business analyses, develop project plans and schedules, and ensure that all phases of implementation are properly executed. Make recommendations and respond to questions related to the implementation of the software from both a functionality and implementation planning perspective. As the primary contact for all stakeholders, research and resolve all issues that arise during implementation. Act as the primary liaison between the customer, various departments within Activant, and third-party vendors. Ensure the delivery of professional services purchased by the customer and coordinate all related tasks to ensure high customer satisfaction. Perform customer training and technical assistance as required. Duties include: ¥ Analyzing customer’s workflow processes, determining necessary business practices, uncovering gaps in practices, working with the customer to fill those gaps ¥ Document findings in a formal written business process analysis, and forwarding it to the implementation team and all stakeholders to communicate project risks and plans for mitigation.¥ Developing a strong business relationship with the customer. ¥ Create and maintain a Project Plan which outlines the critical milestone dates to reach go live. ¥ Managing and coordinating resources for hardware acquisition and installation, data migration, software customization, and client training. ¥ Overseeing the integration of Prophet 21 software, with website integration (e-commerce), and the standard technologies required to run the software (e.g. MSSQL, Windows, etc.) ¥ Migrated customers from the following distribution systems – Acclaim, ACPAC, Array, D2K, Disc, FACTS, Faspac, Foresight MXP, MSD, Progressive, SHIMS, Stanpak, and XL.
