Limonite and Saprolite Preparation Plant in Nickel Smelter with HPAL technology- Inspecting and testing electrical equipment to ensure that it is safe and operating correctly.- Supervising work crews in the installation, repair, or maintenance of electrical systems.- Coordinating the work of other contractors on site who are not directly involved in the electrical work.- Recommending changes to electrical designs to ensure that they meet local codes and standards.- Estimating materials needed for projects.- Working with engineer to determine the location of electrical components within a structure.- Installing electrical devices.- Inspecting wiring for faulty connections, shorts, or loose wires.- Determining the cause of electrical problems and recommending solutions to repair them.- Assembles, installs, tests, and repairs motor controls.- Assembles, installs, tests, and repairs, all such lighting fixtures as is used in the plant.- Maintain and understand all plant voltage applications.- Follow procedures emphasizing on lockout/tagout and electrical safety.- Perform daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance on all electrical devices.- Troubleshooting and commissioning to all electrical power equipment in the HPAL plant.

Nickel Smelter (High Pressure Acid Leaching) PT Halmahera Persada Lygend- Studying the process of refining nickel from limonite and saprolite to become Mixed Nickel-Cobalt Hydroxide Precipitate (MHP) as intermediate products. And also the final products, nickel sulfate (NiSO4) is useful as a precursor material for lithium battery cathodes or electric vehicle batteries, while cobalt sulfate (CoSO4) is used as a lithium battery cathode material.- Studying all the electrical systems in the plant, such as MVMDP, LVMDP, Transformer, VSD, VFD, Softstarter.- Studying wiring for 3-phase motor drive, applications on motor pump, agitator, thickner, conveyor, apron, scrubber, vibrating screen, ball mill, sag mill, hydrocyclone, over head crane.- Perform daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance on all electrical devices.- Troubleshooting and commissioning to all electrical power equipment in the HPAL plant.
