As a Marketing Coordinator at Mazzone Hospitality, I have designed promotional materials and menus for 15 food service accounts throughout Upstate New York, a $60 million company and a 10% increase in overall sales. My role extends beyond marketing as I also serve as a Traveling Chef, ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of quality across various events and locations.My culinary experience is extensive, having cooked and served at high-profile events such as the Saratoga Jazz Fest and Regeneron Christmas Parties.
