* Independent consultant in statistics, biostatistics, machine learning, and scientific computing in multiple organizations including Framingham Heart Study, Jackson Lab, Boston's Children Hospital, Spring Discovery, Elicio Therapeutics, and others.* Performs many analysis (statistics, machine learning, deep learning and many others) across various projects.* Counsels on design experiments, power analyses, and statistical modeling in many therapeutic areas, either in clinical trial settings or standard academic settings.

o Golden Tiger Award for Young Investigators, Cohorts for Heart and Aging Research in Genetic Epidemiology (CHARGE), Fall 2014o Led / managed 16 international cohorts culminating in paper: Epigenetic Signatures of Cigarette Smoking, which received international coverage—over 180 newspapers around the world, reaching an audience of over 10M people.o Lead an international team (Canada, USA, and France) of basic and clinical researchers, programmers, and statisticians in search for the genetic determinant of Atypical Femoral Fracture (AFF), a rare side effect of anti-resorptive drugs (such as bisphosphonates) aimed to treat osteoporosis.o Involved in over 30 projects, mostly on aging or musculoskeletal field, either as a leader / manager or a member, from quality control to analysis to clinical interpretation.o Involved in Trans-Omics for Precision Medicine (TOPMed) initiative across several working groups. (current N=~65,000; eventual N=~120,000 whole genome sequencing samples)o Familiar with next-generation sequencing statistical analysis, including quality control, association analysis (either using R/Bioconductor, EPACTS, SKAT, etc.), following up the significant variants with eQTL or mQTL databases, functional queries in variant annotations such as Annovar, WGSA, or DIVAN to find the likelihood of the variants being deleterious, finding probable causal link using Mendelian Randomization approach (see for example PMID: 28095459) and various state-of-the art methods.o Use and implement various statistical and machine learning algorithms, such as Support Vector Machines, Random Forest, and many others.o Supervise programmers and statisticianso Mentoring several postdoctoral fellows.
