Completed a six month apprenticeship as an Over the Road Driver on National Routes.• Upgraded to the highest level of internal certification while mentoring second seats.• No HOS violations or citations before being selected to attend Train the Trainer class.• Graduated from Train the Trainer Class & was certified as a Trainer.

WyldBuyz was my creation. We developed targeted listings for the online marketplace & published them across social media. We did paid promotion including eBay, Google Ad Sense, Facebook & Twitter. My expertise included six years of lead generation from both telemarketing & face to face prospecting. I have a proven ability to increase revenues for my clients through helping them develop an integrated, omni-channel marketing plan to aid them in meeting sales goals.

Top revenue producer & product attacher at one of the top offices in the AL, MS, LA Region.While not serving as a manager for the first time in five seasons, I continued to apply my situational leadership skills to tasks & coached co-workers when appropriate.Led by example, while earning a bonus that was 17% of my total compensation.This was my 12th contract & final tax season with H&R Block. I completed 233 paid tax returns, including Forms 1040EZ, 1040A, 1040 & 1065. Also prepared numerous Forms 706, 709, 990, 1041, 1120 & 1120S during training.

During my 11th contract with H&R Block, I acquired the Senior Tax Analyst Certification & prepared the most complex forms yet, including K-1s for partnerships & S corporations.

During my 10th contract, I was Client Service Leader aka Office Manager at Office 14302, a franchise buyback. Booked 64.5% year over year growth in revenues for the location.Continued using the Situational Leadership model & coached associates with H&R Block's GROW method.

My 9th contract focused on the preparation of individual income tax returns for Working People. The redistribution of wealth to Working People via refundable tax credits like the Earned Income Credit & Child Tax Credit are powerful ways to solve the income inequality problem & eliminate poverty.Increased my internal certification two levels from Senior Tax Advisor 3 to Senior Tax Advisor 5. In 2016, this level was merged into the Senior Tax Analyst certification level.

Increased my internal H&R Block certification by seven levels during my 8th contract, the preseason. I moved from Tax Specialist 3 to Senior Tax Advisor 3.

While I was the Client Service Leader at Office 1021 from fall 2012 to spring 2015, that office went from "worst to first" on the district scorecard in just three seasons while using the GROW method of coaching & the Situational Leadership model.

Led the district in total audit support & representation for the second consecutive preseason & learned to prepare even more complex returns, including trusts & estates.Led the district in product attachment in 2014.Continued to develop my multi-unit management skills by being responsible for client matters for four offices for a second consecutive season as the lead person for the Gadsden Area. Utilizing two locations in Gadsden & Attalla for the first time, we created a better client experience during Emerald Advance & the Gadsden Area team led the district & placed highly in the entire Eastern Market for Emerald Advance applications.

While I was a Client Service Leader from fall 2012 to spring 2015, our team had the highest percentages in the district in providing settlement products to our clients with help from my coaching.Trained & directed up to 20 employees at a time. Supervised progress on client matters from up to five offices as a year round office coordinator & gained extensive multi-unit experience in the process. This included shutdown of seasonal offices & receiving their client files.Successfully coached year over year increases in revenues from attached products in every office I managed.Took Office 1021 from "worst to first" on the district scorecard for product attachment.Developed & implemented an array of marketing operations, including B2B & was responsible for office visibility with regard to marketing.B2B marketing has multiple levels. You want to begin by cultivating relationships at other businesses where you have an "in." That said, you want to leverage talent from other organizations in your tax firm also by hiring talented people who are involved in the community like youth league sports coaches & such. Example: hire local sports coaches & non-profit leaders to work in your office & have them recommend your tax service.Coordinated property maintenance, including plumbing, computers, phone network, roofing & carpeting.Led by example by achieving the highest level of internal certification in the company & encouraged others to increase their certification level.Practiced & preached "Situational Leadership" while facilitating & delegating.CASE STUDYMost tax offices' biggest opportunities are:1) Engagement of employees in continuing education & certification.2) Not offering new contracts to employees who don't make progress on number one.3) Too many resources committed to outside sales when the most referrals come from a superior sales job inside the office by a highly knowledgeable, certified tax pro.

Worked as an Enumerator & Crew Leader Assistant in the Gadsden, Alabama Area during the NRFU & NRFU VDC Operations. Conducted interviews in Spanish as well as English. Was directly responsible to the Crew Leader for the performance of our team. Responsibilities included keeping time & attendance logs and reviewing census interviews for accuracy and completeness.

Worked in the Gadsden, Alabama Office which was closed after its acquisition by the Blackstone Group in 2008. Performed inventories for Target, Walmart and numerous others.

Unloaded trucks at the dock & stacked palettes for storage in the warehouse. Also did order selection.

Department of Conservation & Natural Resources, State Lands Division. My primary duty was contract & lease administration for the state's oil & natural gas leases. I administered bids on the leases during the pre-award phase of the contracting process. During the post-award phase, I ensured the lessee complied with the lease terms & remitted payments in a timely manner.

Ended a decade of service with the Department of the Navy under honorable conditions after a recurring knee injury at Officer Candidate School.

I helped the EPIK Communications subsidiary deliver high speed Internet to the World Trade Center shortly before it was destroyed.

Assigned to the VIC or Visitor Information Center on the overnight shift where I was responsible for protecting millions of dollars worth of property.

Assigned to Kilo Battery, 4th Battalion, 14th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division in Huntsville, Alabama. Learned how to lead by example by being a good follower. Received an Honorable Discharge at the rank of Corporal.
