Responsible for product management of commercial information products within CoStar. At the direction of our CEO and in collaboration with customers and other key stakeholders, my role is to help establish & then execute product strategy, develop UI designs and prioritize key feature delivery for our software development teams.

Recruited, hired and managed a Sales team and achieved consistent organic revenue growth year-over-year from inception of the company. Also responsible for business development, strategic partner & vendor relationships, and all marketing activities.

Managed sales & business development activity for a small commercial printing, graphics & direct mail firm located in downtown San Diego. Developed client relationships and comprehensive services accounts with large Real Estate, professional services & nonprofit organizations. Helped to implement first generation digital printing and fulfillment technologies. Managed estimating, scheduling, production and most operational aspects of the business beginning in 1996.
