The new structure I developed separated strategy from operations and facilitated a significant improvements in strategic planning & alignment, customer integration, financial management, KPI development for our prioritized goals, and an industry leading safety management system build on leading metrics and the care and concern for our people.In 3 years we outperformed our KPIs for operating our travel booking service, for operating our airline (almost 300,000 passenger moves per year) and remote airport, for providing busing support (between 4 and 5 million passenger movements a year), for lodging up to 16,000 people per night, for managing 1,700 vehicles, and for managing our office facilities around the globe. End to end integration and efficiencies were the visionary focus that transformed the team into providing industry leading service and support, with robust financial acumen and disciplined risk management. Northern Afghanistan

Commanded a team of highly trained personnel to mentor and develop the peoples of northern Afghanistan. Primary focus was on supply and logistics, but also included the development of a medical centre and child education. Our priority was to support the local population in learning to excel at being themselves, not to be westernized, and to do so with full respect for cultural differences and the intricacies of their traditions and history.
