My experience includes design, analysis, review, and installation of large hydro mechanical equipment including: gates and guides, lifting beams, large valves, hoists, gantry cranes and rails, generators and turbines. I have considerable experience completing designs, calculations and drawings, writing and reviewing specifications, manuals, procedures, and reports.I have provided on-site technical assistance, project coordination, and contractor monitoring during the construction, installation, and refurbishment of gates, guides, hoists, cranes, generators, and turbines. Additionally, I have performed inspections on a variety of large mechanical equipment including: gates, lifting beams, hoists, and large valves. I have completed Single Device Isolation (SDI) inspections on several large valves and gates.I also have several years of hands-on experience in fault finding, servicing, and repairs on vehicles.
