Coordinating the distribution of Visitor Guide Magazines to 23 markets in 5 states. As well as distributing Virginia Wine Lovers Magazine and the Virginia Highway Travel Association Guide statewide. VistaGraphics also publishes the HamptonRoads Magazine and it's many supplements.

Performs sales calls to establish new retail and free distribution locations for magazines. Service calls on free-distribution locations to service/replenish distribution racks. As well as service calls on retail outlets to support merchandising promotions. Overnight travel to satellite markets to assist in above activities. Staffing the company’s exhibit booth during promotional events (festivals & trade shows) on weekends.

Responsible for providing direct support to the Director of Military Sales. This includes, but is not limited to, sales data tracking and list building, Internet research, copy editing, crafting materials, and general office and client support. Other tasks may include coordinating event logistics, conducting appointment calls and other outreach activities, developing buyer contacts within the military services, coordinating mailings and assembling introduction of new product(s) packets, training kits or other materials for a worldwide sales force.
