With over 25 years experience in professional learning, development and education, I founded Learning Architects in 2014 with the aim of helping leaders, teams and organisations achieve excellence.As well as having extensive teaching, learning design and leadership experience both in NZ and overseas, I am a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and Engagement Consultant.Specialising in leadership, capability building, and organisational change, I work with schools, businesses and nonprofits to ensure they make the most out of their available talent and resources, in order to achieve success.
