Previously he was a Director at Steffian Bradley Architects, and an Associate Principal for Swanke Hayden Connell Architects. Prior to that he co-founded Fendt Fikentscher Cole Architekten in Munich and completed award winning housing, retail, office and mixed use developments, including an RIBA Award for Architecture in 1998.
