Managing the financial integrity, management accounting, reporting and analysis for the Intrepid Group operations in North America. Responsibilities include;- Ownership of the financial integrity of North American companies, including managing month end close processes.- Ownership of monthly regional management reporting.- Prepare annual budgets and regular forecasting to meet management and Intrepid Group reporting deadlines. Coordinate with local departments to prepare regular & accurate forecasts.- Prepare cash forecasts and monitor and understand cash flow needs.- Manage year end audit for North American companies.- Manage all local tax requirements for US & Canada, including all Federal, State, Provincial and local requirements- Manage all licensing requirements (including IATA, ARC, TICO, BCCPA, California Seller of Travel).- Manage relationships with bankers in both Canada and the United States.

As a Commercial Finance Analyst at Intrepid Group I was a member of the global Commercial Finance & Reporting team, responsible for reporting and analysis of the Group’s operations and providing high quality management reporting to key Intrepid business stakeholders which included the Intrepid Global Leadership Team and shareholder reporting.I contributed to the development of best practice reporting and standards to drive consistency and benchmarking across the businesses.
