Along with my business partner, I manage and oversee operations of two Servpro franchises. One is in Rolla, MO and the other in Union, MO. We cover a 6-county geographical footprint and provide all levels of water restoration, fire restoration, mold mitigation, residential and commercial construction services.I focus on the business operations, HR, and finance for the organization while Jason Hanneke oversees the production of both mitigation and construction divisions.Before Servpro, I was Managing Partner of The FantasTechs from 2002 to 2021, my experience with managing technology budgets of up to $750,000, creating replacement cycles for hardware and software, writing 3-year Technology Plans and Technology Audits, managing technology departments, and managing a total staff of 14, provides the advanced CIO-level support and management necessary to ensure smooth technology operations as well as well thought-out plans for moving forward with technology.My experiences in technology management range from systems and network administration, to fulfilling the role of Chief Information Officer for the School District of University City, as well as serving on the Superintendent’s Cabinet. These experiences provide The FantasTechs excellent depth and breadth of leadership with technical expertise, along with experiences with managing and navigating complex projects for Private and Public Sector organizations.
