Along with my business partner, I manage and oversee operations of two Servpro franchises. One is in Rolla, MO and the other in Union, MO. These experiences provide The FantasTechs excellent depth and breadth of leadership with technical expertise, along with experiences with managing and navigating complex projects for Private and Public Sector organizations. I have managed many significant projects for The FantasTechs’ clients, including:•Two migrations from Novell to Windows •Migration from Groupwise to Exchange •Migration from Groupwise to Google Apps •Build-out of new buildings•Installation of managed networks (wired and wireless) •Planning, purchasing and installation of interactive whiteboards•Annual budget creation and continuous management •Negotiating, purchasing and installation of hundreds of computers•In-depth Technology Audits/Assessments •Installation of Servers and Storage •Committee-chair and co-writer of multi-year Technology Plans •Creation of documentation, policies and procedures•Leadership and vision for multiple school districts with 900-3000 students, 150-600 staff, and 400-1800 computers •Develop and perform training for staff on basic technology software/hardware and proprietary applications
