My career has been focused on processes (development, implementation, assessment and improvement), from my beginning in process engineering to quality management. Equipped with 40+ years of professional experience (20 in senior management) in both manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, defense electronics, and semiconductor) and power generation (nuclear & solar) sectors dealing with engineering, operational assessment, business process optimization, quality & environmental management systems. Having dealt with both mechanical and electrical products, possess a synergy of successful practices and processes. My major strengths and abilities are in business process/system improvements; continuous improvement with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies; root cause analysis and problem solving; development and improvement of corrective and preventive action programs; developing, implementing and improving Quality Management Systems; and dealing with customer and supplier quality issues.I have developed, deployed and implemented a Quality Management System for four companies.
