* Managing warehouse personnel, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling work, development, training and coaching, and performance evaluation. * Ensuring that all warehouse personnel adheres to safety, hazmat, dot, and all other company procedures, programs, policies, and employees are properly trained to safely utilize equipment and machinery. * Ensuring that all warehouse equipment and machinery is maintained in a safe and working condition. * Determine appropriate work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite work flow. * Responsible for accurate account of inventory, and inventory reports. * Remain in constant contact with appropriate management concerning and product questions, issues, or concerns.

* Processed the customer quotes and orders that come in via phone, fax or email and supporting the outside sales representatives with potential customer quotes by securing price and delivery of products. * Attended trade shows and discussed with current and potential customers about the advantages of our product over the competition. * Responded to customer inquiries on samples, orders, pricing, color matches, inventory stock. * Account management of current customers, and processing orders. * Maintained professional relationships with all customers, distributors, and sales representatives nationally. * Entered orders for assigned accounts make revisions as necessary. * Verified the information on orders for accuracy and follow-up to ensure shipments are made to meet customer required deliveries.

* Assist in performing all warehouse functions such as Order Picking, Packing, Stocking, Receiving, Shipping and Value-Added Services (VAS) Rework. * Execute new approaches/procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the department and services performed. * Maintains a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse and work area, which may include basic janitorial duties. * Performs data entry functions within assigned work area. * Create POs accordingly, open work orders. * Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety.
