I am an Audio Engineer with over twenty-five years of experience, covering all facets of audio production, engineering and archiving. I have vast experience of recording, mixing, editing and mastering for all types of audio. My specialty is in audio preservation and restoration. I have worked with analog tape recordings of all formats and permutations, including obsolete formats such as wire recordings, and paper backed recording tape. I have worked with all manner of grooved media including cylinders, transcription discs, acetates, glass acetates, embossed aluminum discs, lacquers, 78’s, microgroove, stereo and the various quadraphonic formats from the 1970’s. I am very detail orientated and have a knack for being able to identify archival recordings that have previously been filed as “unknown.”Specialties: Experienced in software used in computer audio work including Pro-Tools, Pyramix, iZotope, Sound Forge, Diamond Cut Audio Restoration, Sony CD Architect, Sony Vegas, Adobe Audition, and Sony DVD Architect.Also adept at engineering live radio remotes and broadcasts via ISDN, satellite, and phone line technology.
