As the sales, support, product owner, and operational Co-Founder of Evanced Solutions I executed or led most activities not tied to code development. We boot-strapped Evanced, in a small niche market where funding was shrinking and where we had no pre-existing relationships. In 9 years of ownership, we grew to be the dominant offering in the solution niches we served (Online Summer Reading - 65% market share, Calendaring - 40% market share, Room Booking - 35% market share) and built a SaaS business generating $1.75 million in annually recurring sales and growing 25-50% per year.Our platforms had 98% annual retention, high customer satisfaction, and a deep following in a market that is highly networked and connected. My team closed 80% of the sales where we got the customer into a private sales demo/webinar.
