The role involves leading the Business Development Team to forge strong working relationships with migration agents and universities for student recruitment, the administration, the program delivery team and the internship placement team. Developing close links with large Universities within Australia was a critical element to ensure that talented graduates had access to opportunities within the IT, Engineering and Finance sectors. In addition my role encompassed development and implementation and ongoing review of a strategic plan to amalgamate the internship teams of all five states into one cohesive team.
