In 2005, I lead the integration of the RMC acquisition in Arizona, doubling the business with minimal market share loss and improved margins. In 2007, I supported the transition of the Rinker acquisition that ultimately grew our business to 10 million tons of aggregates (30% margins) and 5 million cubic yards of ready mix with 15% margins as well as asphalt and block.
