Partnering cross-functionally, I oversee end-to-end website development, integrating SEO, paid traffic, analytics, and personalization to deliver measurable growth for Mid-Market ecommerce clients.Key Responsibilities & Achievements• Strategic Website Leadership: -Spearheading the overhaul of Linnworks’ WordPress website to deliver dynamic, personalized, and interactive user experiences tailored for Mid-Market audiences. -Implementing a data-driven approach using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and MarketMuse to optimize content and improve performance.• SEO and Paid Traffic Management: -Growing organic traffic by managing SEO strategies and aligning with ABM efforts to target high-intent keywords. -Driving lead acquisition and customer engagement through integrated paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): -Leading A/B and multivariate testing strategies to enhance user journeys, improve onsite conversions, and reduce drop-offs. -Building out website personalization initiatives using AI and intent-based tools to create seamless digital experiences.• Ecommerce and Ecosystem Integration: -Enhancing functionality by integrating third-party tools, APIs, and dynamic marketplace solutions for Linnworks’ App Store and partner ecosystem. -Optimizing digital assets for Mid-Market clients by addressing SLA compliance and multi-channel selling needs.
