Locus was a venture-backed, world leader in the use of supercomputers to design drugs and had collaborations with Amgen, Dow and Ono Pharmaceuticals. My activities included finance, fundraising, project management, business development, IR/PR, HR and Secretary to the Board. While there, I initiated and completed a $30 million equity raise and a Venture.

I joined as the 4th employee of this company which grew to 60 people, a new cancer drug in Phase III clinical studies, and an IPO filed to go public. When the window for biotech IPO’s closed, I downsized the business, found additional financing and ultimately sold it to Daiichi Sankyo of Japan.
