My role as data conversion consultant involves:Managing the data conversion process through a number of trial iterations before ultimately migrating legacy data into the client’s Production tenant. Main responsibilities include ‘iloading’ legacy data into Implementation and Production tenants, working with Functional Consultants and client to understand data requirements and guiding client through data conversion process. Supporting client data issue resolution and providing guidance on data gathering, preparation and cleansing strategies.As Klouds Practice Lead for Data Conversion, I also act as a soundboard and mentor for other Consultants in relation to data analysis, data conversion, iLoads and Workday in general. As well as coaching and mentoring consultants to develop their skills and knowledge.
