Single point of contact responsible for all DXC IT delivery services for the following accounts:• CalWIN: May 2019 – Nov 2019• California Energy Commission: July 2019 – Oct 2019• CMIPS: Nov 2013 – Apr 2019• Provided oversight, approval, and negotiations for SOW delivery including solution scope, estimate, and pricing. Managed multiple teams and drove software development projects maximizing quality and value for the customer and business. Applied senior level negotiation and decision making amongst ambiguity, to influence mutually positive outcomes aligned to road map & strategy.• Responsible for the account delivery’s financial health influencing positive results including oversight of revenue, expense, margin, budget vs. forecast for all development programs/projects. Drove year over year improvements in Net Promoter Score.• Implemented Robotics Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath for the California Energy Commission automating manual and error prone procurement and reporting processes. • Responsible for development projects for the CMIPS system used by all 58 counties across California for a program which enables a half million aged, blind, and disabled people remain in their own homes and avoid institutionalization. • Customized application development and maintenance on IBM Cloud, IBM Curam Case Management, CGI Advantage Payrolling, SAP Business Objects as well as IVR, SQL, DB2, Websphere, Tomcat, Apache, Java, and JavaScript.• Championed transformation of development methodology from where agile was non-existent to mature routine scrum agile development.
