Consulting work for the eBuddy / Booking.com transaction. Focussing on strategy and due diligence.

- Zazzy enables anyone to create and sell (3D printed) merchandise. We offer a complete, end-to-end production platform that provides all the necessary software, design tools (with automated model generation and instant photorealistic preview), and distribution.- We’re cutting 3D modelling and production out of the 3D printing equation, so anyone can start a brand over a cup of coffee.- Zazzy was accepted in the Rockstart 2013 batch out of more than 400 applications

- Responsible for Strategy and Business Development at eBuddy, eBuddy, the pioneer in mobile messaging with 400M+ users, 350M+ downloads, 110 employees. Most downloaded mobile app worldwide from 2005-2007. Raised over 10M EURO in VC funding. Successful exit to both Gree Japan (2013) and Booking.com (2014). - Worked closely with the CEO and COO on fundraising, corporate and product strategy, business planning and strategic partnerships - Managed various projects in products, monetization, strategy and business development

- Central analytical person assisting several stakeholders (e.g. Product Owners, C-level management, Sales, etc) with analysis of data and recommendations based on data-driven insights. - Data mining, User/Product/Market research and visualization to provide insights about product performance and competitive analysis.- Interim product management for both mobile and web products growing to over 10M monthly active users.
