Our offerings include coaching, online courses, and personal branding events that help turn executives into thought-leaders.Prior to Influencer Inc, I helped to grow SilencerCo from various parts of the company.As Purchasing Agent, I developed all processes around purchasing, negotiations, vendor relations, and coordinating with managers to meet production needs. During my 3 years as Purchasing Agent, SilencerCo grew from $4 million in sales to over $30 million.In 2014, I was promoted to VP of Culture, and designed various employee programs around HR, training and development, and employee events.In addition to the standard HR functions of managing employee benefits, payroll, and compensation management, my HR team built unique policies and procedures from the ground up to support management, foster trust, and enable rapid expansion of our workforce.One of my main focuses as VP of Culture was to engage employees in our unique culture and link each position to our core values. Some of these initiatives included events that rooted employees in our core values, education programs, and strategic performance incentives.These strategies created a performance culture founded upon communication, transparency, advocacy, and innovation.When I’m not working, I’m known to sing loudly to punk rock music and probably spend too much time listening to Star Wars podcasts. I’m a husband to an amazing wife and father to four children who also love Star Wars.

FounderAquavis Sep 2022 - PresentAt Aquavis we make powerful home water filtration super, super easy. What makes Aquavis better than all those other water filters out there? Fair question. I wanted clean, safe water at home without the headache of complicated systems. I'm a dad to five amazing, high-energy kids and to say my life is crazy would be an understatement. That’s why I didn’t want to add 'figure out water filtration' to my endless to-do list. So for years we just settled for the easiest options like a standard fridge filter, pitcher filter, or just straight tap water. But working with a company that made ultra-pure water systems opened my eyes forever. I discovered what was really in our tap water (it’s not pretty)... And how much common water filters really removed (not much)... I was shocked to learn what I and my kids had been drinking all this time. And not too long after that, Aquavis was born. Our mission is to provide effective home water filtration without the hassle. -
