Responsible for the architecture, configuration management and change management of all corporate information systems.Prior to Melton City Council, I was the Coordinator of IT Business Systems for Macedon Ranges Shire Council. Managing a team of help-desk and systems staff responsible for IT service delivery too approx 450 users across 30 sites. The team is also responsible for managing change and coordinating projects relating to all corporate systems.Previously Project Manager and Team Leader of Western Water's Business Innovation Team. Responsible for the management of Western Water's corporate information systems including billing, financials, CRM, HR, asset management, GIS, SCADA and business intelligence. The team provides system administration, project management, project implementation, change management and business analysis resources to the organisation.Specialties: Leadership and development of high performing technical teams.
