My experience in sales and consultation has prepared me for my role as a Financial Advisor with Twickenham Advisors. As a small business counselor, I learned the importance of asking the right questions and understanding the motivations that underlie a person's decisions. The most pertinent information is not always evident on the surface and must be carefully obtained to identify the best solutions and course of action.My role in sales impressed upon me the importance of a superior level of service throughout the entire sales cycle; a process that is ongoing and does not end with an initial transaction.My goal as a Financial Advisor is to continue to focus on the defined processes I use in understanding my clients' situations and bringing the appropriate resources to bear for a given situation. Each client is unique, and understanding their goals and resources is paramount to delivering value for my clients.
