Main duties include: meeting the immediate needs of Packaging Team Engineers, as well as running own process improvement/cost savings projects, which include performing cost-benefit analysis, vendor and machine research, writing test protocols and reports, presenting findings and running meetings, and maintaining and updating documentation such as manufacturing instructions; supporting Labeling and Packaging Production teams in areas such as machine maintenance and output improvement, and disposition of non-conforming materials.

Sole coach of both NCAA Division III teams, responsible for all aspects of both tennis programs, including: planning and running practices, recruiting, scheduling, managing the program operating budget, managing the program in accordance with department/college/Midwest Conference/NCAA rules and regulations, stringing racquets, driving the team van across 3 states, etc.Also served as facilities coordinator and lifeguard supervisor.

Assist the Head Coach in all phases of both the men's and women's NCAA Division III Tennis Programs. The responsibilities include: recruitment of student-athletes, coaching, scouting, summer camps/clinics, facility supervision, etc.

As the lone assistant to the head coach of both Division III programs, I assisted in planning and running of practices, coached players on court during matches, hit with players outside of scheduled practice at their request, occasionally ran practices/matches when the head coach was traveling with the other team, spoke with recruits on visits to campus, etc.
