Director, Network Supply Chain Planning & Vendor Management Director, Supply Chain Strategic Programs & Operations Responsible for providing tactical leadership and guidance to multiple teams overseeing critical areas of supply chain operations, including supply chain risk management, demand and supply planning, new product introduction, equipment standards and quality control, as well as the implementation of new tools.• Successfully managed material vendors by ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, including material delivery, service performance, staffing, new product portfolios, and material metrics.• Partnered with vendors to operationalize a site survey drone flight program, gathering digital information on all cell site material and parameters in the network. Information used to develop machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in network development and supply chain demand tools, resulting in a $35 million OPEX savings over the first two years.• Provided oversight to six management team leads and a staff of 64 contributors, with a focus on executive readouts on objectives, savings, and progress on departmental objectives and operational metrics. Teams consistently exceeded all objectives for three years running, and weekly snapshots were published to the VP and CPO leadership.

National Director, Network Development Director, Spectrum Development / Re-Banding Program Established and led a team that successfully implemented best practices in vendor material standards and strategy, as well as supply chain demand planning. Significantly improving the concept-to-deployment model for a national buildout, achieving greater efficiency and productivity in the supply chain.• Developed and implemented best practices that resulted in an average of 21,725 site upgrades and 973 new site builds annually over a four-year period, contributing to the success of a national buildout project.• Led a team of 32 staff members in the creation of optics and dashboards for each lane of the material deployment process. This enabled quick and accurate reporting views at all points, including applications, bill of materials, and configuration diagrams for over 94,000 cell sites.• Guided a team of 17 negotiators that successfully contracted with over 1,800 federal, state, and local entities on the re-banding of their communication networks. Responsible for $148 million in contracts over the last 36 months, delivered contracts 36% under the targeted budget, resulting in substantial cost savings.

Director, Corporate Strategy / Special Projects Directed and oversaw spectrum acquisitions and special projects of national importance, under the guidance of the vice-chairman's office. Coordinated with local or regional leadership to ensure successful completion of projects that met national objectives.• Provided direction and oversight for all aspects of supply chain sourcing, including the re-banding of equipment no longer manufactured. Managed warehouse operations for over 600,000 items, overseeing audit procedures, repairs, records, and staffing.• Established the Border Interference Task Force (BITF), a public/private task force in San Diego, CA. Collaborated with public safety networks to create a seamless communication system across the US/Mexico border.• Collaborated with SPAWAR (now NAVWAR) on a proof-of-concept communications system for use on active and in-design US Warships. Successfully developed and implemented the system, contributing to the modernization of communication technologies for the Navy.
