Engineered product routes to optimize man hours and overhead costs as related to equipment demand. Increased driver productivity, and reduced training costs through driver retention, resulting in full award of all TMW transportation responsibility encompassing all deliveries across 48 states, Canada, and Alaska, with an annual budget of more than $21.0MM • Initiated a significant culture change within the workforce; centering around accountability, personal ownership and professionalism. The efforts resulted in a sustained turnover rate of 12%, with a full fleet of 76 OTR Team drivers covering all 48 states, Canada, and Alaska. The national average at the time was a 120% turnover rate among similar drivers.• Chairman’s Excellence Safety Award, presented to my team by the CEO for reaching the highest accident/incident free mileage mark (+10 Million miles safe driving) for 2010.
